Hi, I just joined the Sweat365 community
I’m a woman from Chesapeake VA USA, born in 1969.
My favorite sports include: running cycling swimming yoga
My goals are: I have signed up for my First Marathon (OBX). I’ve done 2 1/2’s and when I saw this full was on my 39th birthday I had to do it.
My other favorite activities include: Spinning, aerobics, boxing, golf just about anything!.

Treading
I took my treading class today only instead of running for 2-3miles before class I did 30mins on the stair climber and 15mins of abs. Today was the first time I actually went further than 2.7miles. Yeah me! I flet like I worked hard before the class but I did notice I felt like I had more energy with some cross training first. We’ll see.
We are going camping this weekend so I won’t be exercising until probably 7/11. I plan to jog a little but we all know how that can go sometimes. Have a safe and fun Forth!
